Useless piece of crap that doesnt let you login. What a joke.

So yeah I just created a ID on their official website and when Im trying to log-in with the ff portal, it keep saying wrong ID or invalid password...

What is the point of offering anything if you can never sign into it, grrrrrrrr. itll be a 1 star until this is fixed.

Nothing loads. doesnt let you sign in. triple triads (main reason I got the app) doesnt work more than once, if to close the app you have to re download it to play again

This was a 5-star, but until I can play TT it is a 1-star. Every time I try to load it, the app crashes. Please fix!!!

So far no crashes, but whats the point if a person cant sign into the app? Would also like to have a side menu to sign in, instead of having to click on some part of the app to get redirected to sign in. Not that the sign in works.

I downloaded the app a while back and deleted it because it was useless. Square Enix offered bonuses in another game for using this app, so I downloaded it again. Now I cant even get access after thirty minutes of trying. Worst UX ever. Dont bother with it, unless you want to see how little Square Enix cares for their customer, after squeezing them dry for years. Stuff like this makes me wish I hated their games, too, so I didnt have to give them ANY support.

I registered on the Square-Enix site and was able to log in yet it wont let me log in in the app. Keeps saying bad username or password but I triple checked and even reset my password twice and it still wont work.

Cant sign in, and even the SE official page doesnt recognize my NEWLY MADE account! 0 stars if optional.

Apparently, the app was designed by feral chimps. I have been unable to login, even after verifying through a web browser that my credentials are correct. Giving up and deleting this wretched app.

Yeah, you have successfully logged into anything square.. Is something I havent read in about four years. Your massive security with the prospective violations of privacy laws is ridiculous. Send the reset to the email.. Confirm email. That should be enough by no. They want your moms maiden name, your school and birthday.. What are you trying to apply for my Social security benefits??? So I make a new account.. Guess what?? Failure to log it with new account.. Square, you seriously need to take a look at yourself and just do what your FF exec did and fall on your sword..

I was so excited to finally try this game and didnt mind the slight sluggishness but I was stopped in my tracks by the "crystals." Horrible pay to play system - completely overpriced and just ridiculous. This is why no one is playing the game - you cant find anyone online. Stay away unless you want to wait 15 minutes to play just one match - or pay about $1 to play one.

Great app, triad is a lot of fun, havent had the login issues others reported.

I tried to get ff 3-10 but it just takes me to the App Store the only ones that work are ff 1 and 2 this app needs work what a horrible way to describe square Enix

Downloaded it for triple triad game which is awsome and wonderfully renewed since ff8. However the crystal system to play is annoying and most people online use basic rules which is quiet boring... By the way square enix, why did you directly jumped to ff9 and forgot to release ff8 on IOS !? Release FF8 NOW !!!!!!!!
